Clinicians Care Association ("CCA," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or membership services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you join, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us — including name, email, profession, NPI (where verified), and billing details processed by our payment provider. We also collect basic device and usage data from cookies and analytics.

2. How we use information

To provide membership and benefits, deliver the Clinicians Lounge community, communicate updates, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve our products.

3. Sharing

We share information with carrier and service partners (e.g., Sun Life, Guardian, Prime Corporate Services) only as needed to deliver requested benefits, with vendors that help us operate (e.g., hosting, payment), and as required by law.

4. Your choices

You can update profile data, opt out of marketing emails, request deletion of your account, or request a copy of your data by contacting the CCA team.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Children

CCA is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes & contact

We'll post updates to this Policy here with a revised "last updated" date. Questions? Get in touch with the CCA team.
